Install the plugin
In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the .zip → Activate. Nothing to configure on your forms.
Connect it to Dealboard
Settings → Dealboard. Paste your Dealboard API key, hit Test connection, and pick the board leads should land on.
Switch on the forms you want
Choose which forms to forward and Dealboard matches the fields for you. Send a test lead to confirm, and you're done.
Submissions arrive as leads, not deals — so a form fill never clutters your pipeline until you decide it's real. The entry stays in Gravity Forms as well; nothing is moved or deleted.
What it deliberately doesn't touch.
The plugin only forwards an entry after your form has already accepted it.
Your forms
No fields added, no markup rewritten, no confirmations changed. They keep working exactly as they do now.
reCAPTCHA and spam filtering
Untouched. Anything your spam checks block never reaches Dealboard, because forwarding happens after validation.
Your existing entries
Everything stays in Gravity Forms. Dealboard gets a copy of new submissions, not custody of your data.
The plugin is built around a provider layer so WPForms, Contact Form 7 and Elementor Forms can be added to it — but they aren't supported today, and we'd rather say so than have you install it and find out. Using one of those and want it next? Tell us.

Which WordPress form plugins does this work with?
Gravity Forms, on every Gravity Forms licence — you do not need the Elite add-on that most CRM integrations require. The plugin is built around a provider layer so WPForms, Contact Form 7 and Elementor Forms can be added to it, but those are not supported today.
Will it interfere with my forms, reCAPTCHA or spam filtering?
No. The plugin never modifies your forms and never touches validation. It only forwards an entry after a submission has already succeeded and passed your existing spam checks, so anything blocked by reCAPTCHA or your spam filter never reaches Dealboard.
Where do the submissions end up?
In your Dealboard leads inbox on the board you pick, as Leads rather than deals — so a form fill doesn't clutter your pipeline until you decide it's real. Field matching is automatic, and the entry stays in Gravity Forms too; nothing is moved or deleted.
What do I need to run it?
WordPress 5.8 or newer, PHP 7.2 or newer, Gravity Forms, and a Dealboard account with an API key. The plugin is free and licensed GPL-2.0-or-later.
