Not a spreadsheet, not a heavyweight CRM — the pipeline, leads, reports, and open API a small team actually needs. ### A visual pipeline Drag-and-drop stages with a weighted forecast and cold-deal alerts that flag what's slipping. ### A leads inbox Capture from a form, embed, or email address — then qualify with your own AI and promote the winners. ### Reports everyone trusts Shared goals with live pace and the same math for the whole team — export any view as a PNG or CSV. ### An open platform A full REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks, plus Slack, Teams, and Zapier — on every plan, even Free. Add to ChatGPT Dealboard + Claude Dealboard + ChatGPT The API & docs ## Move deal tracking out of general-purpose tools. Founders, salespeople, and business development teams use Dealboard to keep important opportunities organized, current, and easy to share. ### Startup sales Track prospects, proposals, follow-ups, and won deals without setting up a full CRM. ### Business development Keep partner conversations, strategic opportunities, and next steps in one clear place. ### Inbound lead flow Capture website and email leads in one inbox, qualify them with your own tools or AI, and promote the winners into deals. ## What early users say. “I open Dealboard in the morning and everything already happened — the emails, the meetings, the call notes. I just work the board.” — Startup Founder “It's the first deal tracker my team actually keeps up to date — because nobody has to.” — Head of Sales “We pointed our own lead-scoring bot at the API, and now every inbound shows up already researched.” — Dealboard User ## For small teams that want a real system, ready to go. Get Started Free See full pricing --- ## About — Why we built Dealboard URL: https://getdealboard.com/about/ # Why we built Dealboard . Deal tracking should not start with a blank spreadsheet or turn into a CRM implementation project. ## Three things, on purpose. 01 ### Simple deal tracking. Teams should be able to see what is in the pipeline, where each deal stands, and what needs to happen next. 02 ### Opinionated stages and reporting. The basics should already be decided: stages, probabilities, key fields, and the reports people actually ask for. 03 ### One-click sharing. A good deal tracker should make updates easier to share, not harder to prepare. ## The gap we kept seeing. Small teams keep getting stuck between two imperfect options. A full-featured CRM can feel like the responsible choice. Then you realize what comes with it: configuring stages, custom fields, lead scoring, sequences, dashboards, permissions, workflows, and reports. That can make sense for a larger sales organization with the team, budget, and appetite to maintain a complex system. But for a small team, it can quickly become too much software. The other obvious option is a spreadsheet. Spreadsheets are flexible, familiar, and easy to start. But eventually someone asks for a clear pipeline update, and the spreadsheet turns into a project. The data is technically there. But it takes too much work to turn it into a clear, honest view of what is actually happening. That is the gap Dealboard is built for. ## Not a spreadsheet. Not a full CRM. Dealboard is not a spreadsheet pretending to be a sales tool. It is not a full CRM packed with features most small teams do not need. It is a simple, opinionated deal tracker for founders, salespeople, business development teams, and small companies that want to know what is in the pipeline without turning deal tracking into a software project. And because most trackers die when people stop updating them, Dealboard fills itself in: connect Gmail, Google Calendar, and Granola once — read-only — and your emails, meetings, and call notes land on the right deal automatically. ## Dealboard is opinionated where it matters. Dealboard makes a few important decisions for you. The stage structure is opinionated — Early → Anchor → Late, with Won and Dead always present — but the stage names inside each region are yours. The probabilities have sensible defaults. The reports focus on the numbers people actually ask for: how much is in the pipeline, what is likely to close, what was proposed, what was won, and where each deal stands. You add a deal, jot down notes, move it across stages, and Dealboard keeps the numbers current. Less setup. Less interpretation. A clearer way to track deals. ## Like Carta for deals. Carta helped standardize cap tables. Before Carta, every startup had its own spreadsheet, its own formulas, its own version of the truth, and its own nervous conversations about whether the numbers were right. Carta gave founders, investors, lawyers, and advisors a shared way to look at the same information. We think deal tracking needs more of that. A founder, board member, CFO, manager, and sales rep should be able to look at the same pipeline and understand it quickly. The stages should mean something. The probability math should be consistent. The reports should be clear enough to share without a cleanup project. Sales will always involve judgment. People will still be optimistic. Deals will still slip, surprise you, or disappear. But the system should make the pipeline easier to understand, not harder. That is what we are building. A note from the Dealboard Team We built Dealboard because small teams should not have to choose between a messy spreadsheet and a CRM rollout. Deal tracking should be structured, fast, and easy to share. — The Dealboard Team ## See it for yourself. Start free with one dealboard and up to 30 active deals. No credit card required. Dealboard Plus is $29 a seat. That's more than Zoho ($14), monday ($12), Pipedrive Lite ($14) or Salesforce Starter ($25). If you're on one of those and it works, stay. Dealboard costs less when you're on a mid or upper tier, when you're paying for people who only read, or when you fit the free plan. ## Why the bill keeps growing ### You pay for people who only look Your founder and finance lead just want to see the pipeline. You still pay full price for them. Dealboard teammates are free, on every plan. ### The cheap plan won't be enough Reporting and automation live one tier up. When you need them, the price jumps for every seat at once. ### Setup costs extra HubSpot charges $1,500 to get started on Professional, $3,500 on Enterprise. Before you track a single deal. ## CRM cost questions, answered ### How much does a CRM actually cost per year? For a 5-person team on list prices, HubSpot Sales Hub Professional is about $6,000/year plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. Pipedrive Growth is about $2,340/year. Salesforce Enterprise is about $10,500/year. Zoho CRM Professional is about $1,380/year. The per-seat sticker price is only part of it — onboarding fees and paying for seats that barely log in are what actually inflate the bill. ### Does HubSpot really charge an onboarding fee? Yes. HubSpot's published pricing lists a mandatory one-time onboarding fee of $1,500 for Sales Hub Professional and $3,500 for Enterprise, on top of the per-seat cost. It is charged once, in year one. ### What is the cheapest way to track sales deals for a small team? If your team is tracking fewer than about 30 active deals at a time, the cheapest real option is a free tier. Dealboard's free plan includes 30 active deals and unlimited teammates at $0 — most CRMs charge per seat from the first user, so a 5-person team pays 5x from day one. Beyond 30 active deals, Dealboard Plus is $29/user/month. ### Is Dealboard always cheaper than my current CRM? No. Dealboard Plus is $29 per user per month, so it is more expensive per seat than Zoho CRM Standard ($14), monday CRM Basic ($12), Pipedrive Lite ($14), or Salesforce Starter Suite ($25). Dealboard is cheaper when you are on a mid or upper tier — HubSpot Professional, Pipedrive Premium or Ultimate, Salesforce Enterprise — or when your team fits inside the free plan. The calculator on this page will tell you either way. ### Why do CRM bills grow even when the team doesn't? Two reasons. First, per-seat pricing means every person who needs visibility — a founder, a finance lead, an ops manager — is a paid seat, even if they only read. Second, feature gating: the reporting or automation you need is usually one tier up, so the upgrade applies to every seat at once. ### Can I move off my CRM without losing my deal history? Yes. Every major CRM lets you export deals, contacts and notes to CSV from its settings. Practically, most teams only carry over open deals and recent history rather than years of dead records — a cleaner starting point and much faster to set up. ## Paying for a CRM you don't use? Moves through your board's pipeline regions (early → anchor → late → won/dead). This is what shows up in Reports. Pipeline regions early anchor late won dead Connecting the two. Promote a Lead with POST /v1/leads/{lead_id}/promote . The Lead row sticks around with triage_status: "promoted" and a deal_id pointing at the new Deal — you keep the full inbound provenance forever, and the call is idempotent so replays return the existing deal id without creating a second one. ## Move deal data in, keep it current, and send it where your team works. Dealboard's API covers the workflows that matter most: capturing leads, enriching them, promoting them to deals, updating fields, moving deals through stages, adding notes, and reacting to events. ### Read deals List, filter, search, and paginate deals. Fetch a single deal with its full activity history. GET /v1/deals GET /v1/deals/{deal_id} ### Create deals Create deals from forms, lead sources, spreadsheets, internal tools, or another system your team already uses. POST /v1/deals ### Update deals Change fields, owners, amounts, next steps, and other deal details. PATCH /v1/deals/{deal_id} ### Move deals through stages Move a deal forward and write the stage change to the activity feed. POST /v1/deals/{deal_id}/move ### List a board's stages List the customizable stages for a board. Each stage returns its id, name, region, position, and probability. GET /v1/boards/{board_id}/stages ### Add notes Attach context from calls, meetings, follow-ups, imports, or AI-generated summaries. POST /v1/deals/{deal_id}/notes ### Read leads List inbound leads from your website form, hosted contact page, or inbound email address. Filter by board or triage status — new, contacted, promoted, junk, bad_fit, stale. GET /v1/leads GET /v1/leads/{lead_id} ### Create a lead Push leads into Dealboard server-to-server — e.g. relay your existing website form (Gravity Forms, a webhook, custom code) into the inbox. Authenticated by your API key, so it skips the browser bot-check. Fires the lead.created webhook so a Slack alert and any qualification tool pick it up. POST /v1/leads ### Enrich leads (write qualifier output) PATCH an enrichment payload onto a lead from your own qualifier — a normalized 0–100 score, a verdict, a markdown writeup, a homepage screenshot, an async status, and a `contact` object for the person you resolved (name, title, email, phone, and a LinkedIn URL). Each PATCH merges the keys you send and appends an audit snapshot. The score + verdict surface as a color badge in the Leads inbox, and when the lead is promoted to a deal the contact you found — your LinkedIn URL included — flows straight onto the deal. Use this from Claude, GPT, Clearbit, Apollo, Hazel, or an internal model. PATCH /v1/leads/{lead_id} ### Triage leads Flip a lead's lifecycle state — mark contacted after a reply, mark junk for spam, mark bad_fit when it's not your customer. Keeps the inbox clean and feeds the archive view. PATCH /v1/leads/{lead_id} ### Promote a lead to a deal (temporarily disabled) Currently disabled — this call returns 403 (promote_disabled). Enrich leads via the API; a teammate promotes them to deals from the Dealboard inbox. When re-enabled: turns an inbound lead into a real pipeline opportunity, creating a deal in the same board linked back to the lead row for full provenance. Idempotent — replays return the existing deal id, never a second one. POST /v1/leads/{lead_id}/promote ### List email templates Fetch your workspace's email templates (most-used first) with subject and body, and log a use when one is sent — keeping the most-used ordering honest. Powers the in-app reply picker and the Dealboard for Gmail extension's compose templates. GET /v1/templates POST /v1/templates/{id}/use ### Match a contact to deals & leads Given an email address, find the deals and leads it belongs to — exact match with a company-domain fallback. Powers the Gmail extension sidebar; each result links straight to the deal or lead. GET /v1/match ### Embed Dealboard in Gmail Mint a short-lived token that the Dealboard for Gmail extension redeems to show the matched deal or lead — the real, editable Dealboard view — inside Gmail's sidebar. The embedded session is partitioned to Gmail and re-checks workspace membership. POST /v1/embed-token ### React to events Subscribe to pipeline and lead events with HMAC-signed webhooks (or point a Slack/Teams/Discord webhook at them). lead.created fires the moment a lead lands — wire it to a Slack alert or a qualification bot. deal.created deal.stage_changed deal.won lead.created ## From zero to first call in minutes. API and AI agents A. ## Getting started How do I sign up? Go to app.getdealboard.com/sign-up. Enter your email and Dealboard will send you a magic link. You can also sign in with Google. No credit card required. Can I use Dealboard without installing anything? Yes. Dealboard runs in your browser on Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone, and Android. Does Dealboard work on my mobile phone? Yes. Dealboard works on iPhone and Android from your browser. You can swipe between stages, add notes, dictate notes using your phone's built-in voice input, open files, review reports, and manage deals from your phone. On iPhone, you can also add a Dealboard home-screen widget that shows this month's progress at a glance. How long does it take to set things up? You can have a working dealboard in about a minute. New workspaces include sample deals so you can see how the system works before adding your own. What are the example deals? New workspaces come pre-filled with a realistic pipeline of fictional sample companies — active deals plus a back-history of won and dead deals — with notes, contacts, and PDFs, so your reports look alive before you add anything. You can clear the sample data anytime, but renaming a sample deal converts it to a real deal that won't be cleared. B. ## Leads What's the difference between a lead and a deal? A lead is new inbound interest that you have not decided to work yet. A deal is something you have chosen to track in your pipeline. Leads stay in your Leads inbox until you take action. You can reply , promote the lead to a deal , mark it as not a fit , or mark it as junk . Promoting a lead creates a new deal and carries over the contact details and original message, so you can keep working it in your pipeline. This keeps your pipeline focused on real opportunities instead of every form fill, email, or cold inquiry. How do leads reach Dealboard? Leads can reach Dealboard in three ways: - Embedded form — add a Dealboard lead form to your website. - Hosted form link — share a standalone link in your email signature, LinkedIn bio, sales materials, or anywhere else. - Inbound email — forward a sales inbox, like sales@yourcompany.com , to your board's unique Dealboard email address. All three feed into the same Leads inbox . How do I embed the lead capture form on my site? Go to Board Settings → Lead Capture , copy the embed code, and paste it into your website. It works with most common website builders and CMS tools, including WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and plain HTML sites. The form is designed to blend into your site by using your existing fonts and styles where possible. Can I share a standalone link instead of embedding? Yes. Every board has a hosted lead form link. You can share it anywhere, including your email signature, LinkedIn profile, social posts, sales materials, or a simple Contact us button. Leads submitted through that link go into the same Leads inbox as your embedded form submissions. How does the inbound email capture work? Each board gets a unique inbound email address. Set up a forwarding rule from your sales inbox to that address. When someone emails your sales inbox, Dealboard creates a new lead with the sender's name, email address, subject, and message. This works with any email provider that supports forwarding, including Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and others. What can I do with a lead? You can take four main actions: - Reply — start a response using your email program. - Promote to deal — move the lead into your pipeline. - Not a fit — close out a legitimate lead that is not a good match. - Junk — remove spam, test submissions, duplicates, or irrelevant messages. This helps you keep your Leads inbox focused on leads that still need a decision. Dealboard has extra shortcuts for Gmail, but you can use it with any email program. What happens to a lead I don't want to work? You can mark it as Not a fit or Junk . Use Not a fit when the lead is real, but not right for your business. Use Junk when the submission is spam, irrelevant, a duplicate, or otherwise not worth keeping in your active workflow. Either way, the lead leaves your inbox so you can focus on new leads that still need attention. What are email templates and how do they work? Email templates are reusable replies for common lead and deal emails. Templates can include tokens like {{first_name}} and {{company}} , which are automatically replaced with the lead or deal details. If you use Gmail, Dealboard can open Gmail with the subject and body already filled in. If you use another email program, you can still use the template text in your normal email workflow. Dealboard helps prepare the email. You review it and send it yourself. Does Dealboard come with starter templates? Yes. New workspaces include starter templates for common lead responses, including: - Interested — schedule a call - Need more information — ask discovery questions - Not a fit — polite decline You can edit, duplicate, or delete them from Settings → Templates . Does Dealboard send my emails? No. Dealboard never sends email for you. Dealboard helps you prepare a response, then you send it from your own email program. Gmail users get extra convenience: Dealboard can open Gmail with the email already pre-filled. For other email programs, you can still use the template content and send from your normal inbox. Even with the optional Gmail sync connected, Dealboard is strictly read-only — it never sends, replies, or changes anything in your mailbox. Can Dealboard show my emails and meetings on deals and leads? Yes. Connect Gmail and Google Calendar — read-only — from Settings → Integrations . The latest email for each contact appears on the matching deal and lead (subject and a short preview, never the full message body), and your upcoming and past meetings surface there too. Your Leads inbox also shows conversation status at a glance: which leads are waiting on you, and which are waiting on them. The sync is scoped to your own workspace and can be disconnected anytime. Can I search my Gmail for a contact from inside Dealboard? If you use Gmail, yes. Dealboard can open Gmail with a pre-built search for that contact. From a deal, click Search mail to see related emails between you and the contact in Gmail. If you use another email program, you can still use the contact details in Dealboard to search your inbox manually. Can I add a score or qualifier to incoming leads? Yes, using the API. You can enrich a lead with details like a summary, score, notes, or attachments. That information appears in the lead detail view. You can use your own scoring system, an enrichment provider, or an AI workflow. Dealboard displays the enrichment without forcing you into a rigid scoring model. C. ## The deal pipeline What are the default stages? Every board ships with sensible default stages so you can start tracking deals right away. If they don't match how your team sells, you can customize them. Can I customize the deal stages? Yes. Dealboard gives you a simple structure that keeps your reports working, while still letting you customize the stages that matter to your process. You can rename stages, add or remove stages in the Early and Late sections, and adjust each stage's probability. The main structure stays the same: Early Stages → Anchor Stage ("Proposal Sent" or similar) → Late Stages → Won/Dead. Stage customization is currently available on desktop. What are the weights / probabilities? For the default 7-stage layout: New Deal (0%), Meeting Scheduled (5%), In Discussion (15%), Proposal Sent (25%), Contract Sent / In Legal (75%), Contract Redlines Received (90%), Closed Deal: Won (100%). These are starting defaults — you can adjust probabilities, or restructure stages entirely, in Customize Stages. How does a lead become a deal? Click Promote on a lead in the Leads inbox. Dealboard creates a new deal in the first stage of the pipeline, copies the contact details and original message over, and marks the lead as Promoted in the archive. The deal's activity feed shows the full lead history so you don't lose context. How do I move a deal between stages? On desktop, drag the deal card to a new lane. On mobile, open the deal and tap the stage pill. Dealboard automatically records stage changes and may request context for important stages. How do I know which deals are going quiet? Deals with no activity for a while get a cold badge on the card, showing how long they've sat idle. You choose how many idle days counts as cold in board settings, and you can filter the board to just the cold deals to see exactly what needs a nudge. Can I filter the board or save a view? Yes. Filter by owner, deal value, keyword, or cold state — the filters combine — and hit / or ⌘K to jump straight to any deal or lead. Dealboard remembers your filters per board, so it opens the way you left it. Can a deal have more than one contact? Yes. Each deal has a main contact plus room for additional contacts — name, title, email, phone, and LinkedIn — so multi-threaded deals keep everyone in one place. Can I track deals in different currencies? Yes. Each board can be set to one of several supported currencies, and amounts format correctly everywhere — on cards, in reports, and in exports. Can I have multiple dealboards? Yes. The Free plan includes one dealboard; the Plus plan includes unlimited dealboards. This is useful for tracking different products, regions, teams, or sales motions in the same format with similar tooling and reporting. D. ## Notes, activity, attachments How do I log a phone call or add a note? On desktop, click a deal and start typing; press Enter when done. On mobile, tap a deal, type or dictate your note, and save the update while the conversation is still fresh. Notes are timestamped and kept in deal history. Can I use voice to add a note? Yes. Tap the microphone on your phone or keyboard and speak your note. Your device converts speech to text, then Dealboard saves it. What is the difference between a note and a system event? System events are created automatically. Examples include stage changes, owner changes, and deals marked Won or Dead. Notes are written by team members. Both appear in the activity feed. Can I edit or delete a note? Yes. Team members can edit or delete notes when they need to correct or clean up deal history. Can I attach files to a deal? Yes. Dealboard supports note attachments, including PDFs, images, Word docs, PowerPoints, and other files up to 25 MB per file. You can also attach proposal and signed contract documents. E. ## Reports What are the reports? Dealboard has three core reports: Overview (your goals and this month's pace), Deal Progress, and Deals Won. Can I change what the reports show? You can change the date range, switch views, click any gauge or row to drill into the exact deals behind it, and sort every drill-down column. The core calculations stay fixed on purpose — so everyone on the team reads the same numbers the same way. Can I export reports? Yes. You can download reports as PNG or CSV. PNG export is useful for presentations, documents, and quick updates. How are deal-won dollars calculated for a quarter? Dealboard adds up the amount for every deal with a wonAt date in that quarter. What is the weighted pipeline number? For each open deal: deal amount × stage probability, then summed across the dealboard. What if my goals change mid-month? Update goals in settings. The report gauges update immediately without changing deal history. F. ## Working with a team How do I invite teammates? Go to Settings → Members → Invite. Add email addresses, choose permissions, and send invites. Teammates receive magic links. Is there a per-seat charge to invite teammates? Not on Free — Free includes unlimited team members. On Plus, each active member is a billable seat: $29 per user per month, or $295 per user per year. What is the difference between owner and member? Owners manage members, update settings, manage billing, customize stages, and delete dealboards. Members use the product day to day: add deals, edit deals, leave notes, move deals, attach files, and view reports. Can two people edit the same deal at once? Yes. Dealboard supports real-time collaboration. If two people edit the same field simultaneously, the most recent change wins. Can I see who did what? Yes. Notes and system events show the author and time. The activity feed shows what changed, who changed it, and when. Can I assign a deal to someone? Yes. Each deal has an Owner field that can be changed from the deal screen. We have two products with totally different sales processes. Can I run them separately? Yes. The Plus plan supports unlimited dealboards. Each dealboard has its own goals, integrations, team visibility, and reporting, while keeping the same format and familiar tooling. G. ## Pricing and billing How much does it cost? Dealboard has two plans: Free at $0, with one dealboard and up to 30 active deals; and Plus at $29 per user per month, or $295 per user per year. What counts as an active deal for the Free plan limit? Anything not yet Won or Dead counts as active. Closed deals (Won and Dead) remain in your history but do not count toward the 30-deal limit — no matter how many stages your board has between New Deal and Won. How do I upgrade? Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade. Stripe handles checkout and you get access immediately. How do I downgrade or cancel? Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. You can use Plus through the end of your paid period before switching to Free. What happens to my data if I cancel? Your data stays in Dealboard. Deals, notes, files, and history are not deleted. If you have more than 30 active deals, you will need to reduce that number or upgrade to edit them. Can I export all my data? Yes. Your data is yours. Export your deals, notes, activity history, and file manifest anytime from Settings → Account → Export. Dealboard creates a ZIP file with CSVs you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. How does the bill work when teammates join mid-cycle? Stripe handles billing automatically with prorated charges and credits. H. ## Security, privacy, data Where is my data stored? Dealboard uses reputable cloud infrastructure providers to store customer data and files. Data and files are encrypted at rest. Who can see my deals? Only workspace members can see deals. Workspaces are isolated from each other. Dealboard staff does not access deals unless needed for support. Do you sell my data? No. Dealboard does not sell customer data. Dealboard makes money from paid subscriptions. Can I delete my account and data? Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later, and you can cancel during that window. Backups? Dealboard runs nightly off-site backups and performs weekly restore checks. How do users sign in? Dealboard supports Google sign-in and magic-link login. I. ## Integrations Does Dealboard send to Slack / Teams / Discord? Yes. Dealboard integrates with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Discord. Configure which events post and to which channels. Can I send events to Zapier or my own webhook? Yes. Dealboard is a listed Zapier app: choose it as a trigger (new lead, new deal, stage changed, deal won) or an action (create or update a deal, move it to a stage, add a note, create a lead). Dealboard also includes a generic webhook integration that sends a signed JSON POST to any URL you provide. Does Dealboard work with Granola? Yes. Connect Granola from Settings → Integrations and your AI meeting notes attach to the matching deal within minutes of hanging up — matched by attendee email or company name, with a link back to the full write-up in Granola. Does Dealboard sync with Gmail and Google Calendar? Yes — read-only. Connect from Settings → Integrations and the latest email and your meetings appear on the right deals and leads automatically. Dealboard never sends, replies, or changes anything in your account. Can I import from a full-featured CRM I am leaving? Self-serve import is not available yet. Export to CSV and contact support@getdealboard.com for migration assistance. Can I use the keyboard? Yes. Press / or ⌘K (Ctrl-K on Windows) from anywhere to jump straight to a deal or lead. Other shortcuts: N for a new deal, Esc to close a modal, and Enter to save a note. J. ## API and AI agents Is there a public API? Yes. Dealboard has a REST API at app.getdealboard.com/v1/*. The OpenAPI 3.1 spec is at app.getdealboard.com/openapi.json. API access uses bearer-token authentication and is included on every plan, including Free — Free workspaces get 2 API keys, and Plus is unlimited. What can the API do? The API can list, create, update, and move deals. It can also add notes and pull dealboard summaries. Webhooks can notify your systems when important deal events happen. Does Dealboard have an MCP server for AI assistants? Yes. Dealboard provides @dealboard/mcp on npm, plus a remote OAuth connector for Claude and ChatGPT. AI tools can list, create, update, and move deals, find and triage leads, add notes, and pull pipeline summaries and weighted-pipeline reports. Dealboard is also in the ChatGPT plugin directory. How are API keys secured? API keys are SHA-256 hashed in the database. GitHub secret scanning can revoke leaked keys. Rate limits are 600 requests per minute per key. Webhooks use HMAC signatures. Can I revoke API access? Yes. API keys can be revoked anytime from Account Settings → API Keys. Once revoked, that key can no longer access your workspace. Where do I read the docs? Developer docs are available at getdealboard.com/developers. ## Still have a question? Email us and we'll help. Capture leads, qualify them with your own AI, and work a pipeline that keeps itself up to date from Gmail, Google Calendar, and Granola. Get Started Free Capture ## Every lead lands in one inbox. However people reach you, the lead ends up in the same place — with its source attached. - A hosted lead form to share anywhere, plus a two-line embed for your own site - A dedicated lead email address — forward your sales inbox and every email becomes a lead - A WordPress & Gravity Forms plug-in that pipes form entries straight in, no code - UTM tags and ad click IDs captured on every submission, for clean attribution Qualify ## Bring your own AI to qualify leads. Dealboard doesn't lock you into one scoring model. Point any qualification tool — or your own model — at the open API, and the results land right in your inbox. - Push a fit score, a verdict, and a full write-up onto any lead through the REST API - Color-coded scores render right in the inbox, so you can triage at a glance - Attach a screenshot — like the company's homepage — for instant context - Promote a lead and the enriched contact rides onto the deal; junk the rest in one click Track ## A pipeline that shows you what needs you. A visual board with sensible defaults on day one — and the signals to spot trouble before it costs you. - Drag-and-drop stages you can rename, reorder, add, or remove anytime - A win probability on each stage powers your weighted forecast - Deals that go quiet get a cold badge — you set how many idle days counts - Filter by owner, value, keyword, or cold state; hit / or ⌘K to jump anywhere Stay in context ## The whole relationship, on the deal. Connect your tools once — read-only — and every interaction lands where it belongs. No copy-paste, no data entry. - Gmail sync puts the latest email — subject and preview, never the full body — on the right deal, and shows who's waiting on whom - Google Calendar surfaces your next meeting and past meetings automatically - Granola call notes attach to the matching deal within minutes of hanging up - Read-only by design: Dealboard never sends, replies, or changes anything Close & report ## Numbers everyone reads the same way. Reports with the calculations built in — so the founder, the team, and the board all look at the same truth. - Three core reports: This Month, Deal Progress, and Deals Won - Monthly goals with live pace — ahead, on track, or behind, updated daily - Click any gauge or row to drill into the exact deals behind it, with sortable columns - Export any report or the whole pipeline as a PNG or CSV in one click For your team ## Simple to run. Yours to shape. Everything a small team needs to work one pipeline together — without an admin. - Invite unlimited teammates on every plan — even Free - Roles that fit: admins manage the workspace, members run deals, viewers follow along - Magic-link or Google sign-in — no passwords - A 30-day undo on deletes, and full data export as a ZIP anytime For developers & AI ## An open platform, on every plan. The full API and MCP server are included on Free — because a tracker you can't build on isn't yours. - A full REST API: deals, leads, notes, boards, reports, webhooks - An MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor — read and update your pipeline from chat - HMAC-signed webhooks, plus native Slack, Teams, Discord, and Zapier - A complete OpenAPI 3.1 spec with an interactive reference to try every endpoint ## And we're just getting started. Start Your Free New-Business Board No credit card required Unlimited teammates, free First opportunity tracked in under a minute New Lead → Qualified → Scope Defined → Proposal Sent → Verbal Yes → Booked Your board comes set up like this. Rename anything. ## You sell between deliveries. The tracker can't be a chore. New business dies in the gaps — the referral answered late, the proposal never nudged, the “let's talk next quarter” that nobody wrote down. ### Follow-ups die in the inbox. The website redesign you scoped in March. The brand refresh proposal nobody nudged. Every open proposal sits on the board until it's answered — and quiet ones frost over so you see them. ### The pipeline lives in the founder's head. One shared board: every referral, RFP, and pitch — its stage, value, and owner. Partners see the same picture, live. No Monday-morning “where are we with…” round. ### A CRM is a project. You have projects. No fields to configure, no admin to appoint. Your board arrives set up for how client work is won — referral, scope, proposal, booked — and you can rename anything. New-business pipeline, ready on day one 8 client-facing email templates included Projects and retainers side by side Works with Gmail Google Calendar Granola Claude ChatGPT Slack ## Built for how client work actually gets won. ### Every opportunity on one board. Each prospect is a card: client, engagement value, owner, and stage — from first conversation through booked. Website redesigns, rebrands, campaigns, and retainers side by side. Drag it forward as it moves. ### The whole story stays on the engagement. Scope notes, the proposal you sent, what they pushed back on, who has to approve it — attached to the opportunity. Hand a project to a partner and they can read the history in a minute. ### Your new-business number, always current. Proposals sent, engagements booked, and revenue booked — charted monthly against your goals, automatically. The partner meeting starts with facts instead of impressions. ## The eight emails every engagement generates — already written. Your board comes with a reply library built for new business. One click opens the email in Gmail with the contact's name and company filled in. Dealboard tracks winning the work — it is not project management, time tracking, or invoicing. Keep your delivery stack; Dealboard is what runs before the engagement is signed. ## Questions firms ask. Is this project management? No. Dealboard tracks winning the work — referrals, scoping, proposals, and signatures. Once an engagement is booked, your project-management and time-tracking tools take over. Keeping the two separate is why Dealboard stays fast enough to actually update between client calls. How do retainers work if there's one amount field? Enter the first-year value on the card and note the monthly rate in Key Terms — for example, “Retainer — $8,000/mo, first-year value entered.” That way project work and retainers sit on the same board and your revenue reports add up correctly, without a second set of fields to maintain. Can I change the stages? Yes. Your board arrives with a new-business pipeline — New Lead, Intro Call Scheduled, Qualified, Scope Defined, Proposal Sent, Decision / Negotiation, Verbal Yes, Agreement / Deposit Pending, Booked — and every stage can be renamed, reordered, added, or removed. Most firms keep the shape and rename one or two. Does it work for consultants and fractional execs, not just agencies? Yes. The pipeline is the same shape for any professional-services firm selling scoped engagements — design studios, dev shops, management consultants, PR firms, fractional executives. The example data is agency-flavored, and it's cleared with one click. What does it cost? Free for one board and up to 30 active opportunities, with unlimited teammates — no per-seat charge on the free plan. Plus is $29 per user per month for unlimited boards and opportunities. Bid due dates, drawings, follow-ups, and award status in one clear bid board — built for subcontractors and GCs who need to win work, not babysit a CRM. Start Your Free Bid Board No credit card required First project tracked in under a minute Unlimited teammates, free New Opportunity → Go / No-Go → Estimating → Bid Submitted → Negotiation → Awarded Your board comes set up like this. Rename anything. ## The bid log spreadsheet doesn't follow up. Most contractors track pursuits in some mix of a whiteboard, a bid log spreadsheet, and the estimator's memory. It works — until the month it doesn't. ### Bids slip past their due dates. A submitted bid with no follow-up is a coin flip. Dealboard shows every pursuit, who owns it, and how long it's been quiet — cold ones literally frost over on the board. ### Invitations to bid live in email. Forward any invitation to bid (ITB) to your board's private email address and it lands in your Leads inbox — sender, GC, and message captured. No retyping from the plan room. ### CRMs weren't built for preconstruction. Lead scoring and marketing automation don't win projects. Dealboard tracks what preconstruction actually runs on: the bid, the number, the GC, and the next move. Bid pipeline, ready on day one 8 contractor email templates included Real-time for your whole team Works with Gmail Google Calendar Granola Claude ChatGPT Slack ## Built for how contractors actually win work. ### Every pursuit on one bid board. Each project is a card: customer or general contractor, bid value, estimator, and stage — from go/no-go through award. Drag it forward as it moves. Your whole team sees the same pipeline, live. ### Every bid keeps its own paper trail. Scope questions, addenda, the number you submitted, exclusions, who you talked to at the GC — attached to the project, not scattered across inboxes. Anyone can open a job and know exactly where it stands. ### Know your bid-hit ratio. Really know it. Bids submitted, projects awarded, and awarded value — charted monthly against your goals, automatically. Your win rate and backlog, exported straight into the Monday meeting. ## The eight emails every bid generates — already written. Your board comes with a reply library built for bid work. The honest comparison for a contractor tracking pursuits. Getting started Board arrives set up for bid work Bid log spreadsheet Free, until a bid slips Construction CRM Demos, onboarding, annual contract Bid follow-up Quiet pursuits frost over — visibly Bid log spreadsheet Depends on someone remembering Construction CRM Buried in tasks and workflows Capturing invitations to bid Forward the email — it becomes a lead Bid log spreadsheet Retype it, or lose it Construction CRM Manual entry, required fields Award reporting Bids, awards, and value — automatic Bid log spreadsheet Build the formulas yourself Construction CRM Admin work to configure Price for a small team Free to start — unlimited teammates Bid log spreadsheet Free, plus everyone's time Construction CRM Per-seat, adds up fast A bid log spreadsheet A construction CRM Getting started Board arrives set up for bid work Free, until a bid slips Demos, onboarding, annual contract Bid follow-up Quiet pursuits frost over — visibly Depends on someone remembering Buried in tasks and workflows Capturing invitations to bid Forward the email — it becomes a lead Retype it, or lose it Manual entry, required fields Award reporting Bids, awards, and value — automatic Build the formulas yourself Admin work to configure Price for a small team Free to start — unlimited teammates Free, plus everyone's time Per-seat, adds up fast Not for everyone. Dealboard tracks winning the work — it is not estimating, takeoff, scheduling, or project-management software. It runs alongside your plan room and PM stack, covering the one thing they don't: what happens between the invitation to bid and the signed contract. ## Questions contractors ask. Is this estimating software? No — and that's deliberate. Dealboard tracks winning the work: which projects you're chasing, which bids are out, and what came back. Your takeoff and estimating tools produce the number; Dealboard remembers what happened to it. It runs alongside your plan room and project-management stack, covering the part they don't. Can I change the stages? Yes. Your board arrives with a bid pipeline already set up — New Opportunity, Go/No-Go, Site Walk / Pre-Bid, Estimating, Bid Submitted, Scope Review, Negotiation, Contract Pending, Awarded — and you can rename, reorder, add, or delete any of them. Most contractors keep the shape and adjust two or three names to match how their office talks. How do invitations to bid get in? Three ways: forward the email to your board's private address, submit through your hosted intake form, or add a project by hand in about twenty seconds. Forwarded invitations land in your Leads inbox with the sender and message captured, ready to promote onto the board with one click. Does it work for subcontractors and general contractors both? Yes. Subs use it to track invitations from GCs through award; GCs use it for owner-direct and negotiated work. The pipeline shape is the same either way — the difference is just who's on the other side of the bid. What does it cost? Free for one bid board and up to 30 active pursuits, with unlimited teammates — no per-seat charge on the free plan. Plus is $29 per user per month for unlimited boards and pursuits. Won and not-awarded projects never count toward the free limit, so your history doesn't push you into paying. ## Your bid board is ready. The whiteboard can retire. Inbound inquiries land in a shared leads inbox, real opportunities move onto a board with your own stages, and Gmail, Google Calendar and Granola meeting notes attach to the right deal. Updated October 2026 Start free Explore Dealboard with AI Which partnerships have been in Legal for more than two weeks? ChatGPT · used Dealboard Two on your Partnerships board: • Beacon Health , $195,000, 16 days in Legal (owner Sarah Thompson) • Lumen Bio , $145,000, 15 days in Legal (owner Michael Ortiz) ## Ask about your partnerships like you'd ask a teammate Examples from a Partnerships board with its own stages: Intro / Inbound, Discovery, Technical Review, Proposal, Legal, Signed. Dealboard works with ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and other connected assistants. A new inquiry came into partnerships@ from Meadowgrove Health. What do they want? ChatGPT · used Dealboard Elena Costa, Meadowgrove Health wrote in this morning, forwarded from your partnerships@ alias into Dealboard's leads inbox. She wants to explore a referral partnership and asked for a call next week. Promote it to a deal in Intro / Inbound ? You confirm → Done. Want me to draft a reply? Helix Biotech , $85,000, Proposal Example conversations on Dealboard's sample workspace. ## Partnerships don't always follow a sales process A partnership might start with an introduction, move through technical discussions, spend weeks in legal and finally reach a signed agreement. Typical sales stages don't fit. And when the details are scattered across inboxes, notes and spreadsheets, it's hard to know where anything stands. Dealboard gives partnerships and BD teams one clear place to track every opportunity. Better than a spreadsheet. Simpler than a CRM. ## Everything from first contact to signed deal Capture inbound partner inquiries. Website lead forms feed Dealboard's leads inbox. Forward a shared alias such as partnerships@ to your Dealboard inbound lead address and new inquiries arrive as leads. Reply with a template, then promote the real ones. Use your own stages. Rename and reorder stages to match your process, for example: Intro → Discovery → Technical Review → Proposal → Legal → Redlines → Signed. Keep the history with the deal. Gmail and Google Calendar sync bring the relevant emails and meetings onto each deal, and Granola meeting notes land there too. Instead of asking who last spoke with a partner, open the deal. Know where opportunities come from. Lead sources track referrals, events, website inquiries and more, so you can see which channels lead to signed partnerships. See what's moving. Pipeline, weighted forecast, Deals Won, This Month and Deal Progress reports, exportable as PNGs for your next update. ## Built for partnerships, not CRM administration Unlimited teammates on every plan, so the whole team can see the pipeline from day one. The free plan covers one board and 30 active deals. Plus removes the limits, with unlimited boards, deals, storage and API keys, for $29 per user per month or $295 per user per year. ## How to get started - Step 01 ### Create a workspace Start free and rename the stages to match your partnership process. - Step 02 ### Route inbound inquiries Set up a website lead form, and forward your partnerships@ alias to your Dealboard inbound address. - Step 03 ### Connect your history Connect Gmail, Google Calendar or Granola so emails, meetings and call notes attach to deals. - Step 04 ### Invite your team Invite teammates. Unlimited, on every plan. - Step 05 ### Add your AI assistant Connect ChatGPT or Claude whenever you're ready. ## When Dealboard isn't the right fit If you run a large channel program that needs partner portals, deal registration, co-selling workflows or complex partner incentives, a dedicated partner relationship management (PRM) platform may be a better choice. To make ChatGPT remember your pipeline, connect Dealboard's ChatGPT app: your deals stay in one shared workspace, and ChatGPT looks up the current version whenever you ask. Updated October 2026 Add Dealboard to ChatGPT Start free New chat, a week later: Where are we with Granite Bay? ChatGPT · used Dealboard Granite Bay is now in Contract Redlines Received . It moved there yesterday. It's $320,000, owned by Michael Ortiz, and the last activity was this morning. ## Memory versus a live pipeline Same question, two ways. The difference is where the deal lives. Without Dealboard · Remember: Granite Bay is in legal, $320k. ChatGPT · used Dealboard ChatGPT memory: Got it, I'll remember that Granite Bay is in legal at $320k. A week later Michael moves the deal to redlines. ChatGPT still says “in legal,” because memory never hears about your teammate's update. With Dealboard · What changed in my pipeline this week? ChatGPT · used Dealboard • Granite Bay moved to Contract Redlines Received (yesterday) • Northwind Industries closed, won at $380,000 (Tuesday) • Salient Health moved to Proposal Sent (Monday) • 2 new leads came in: Nordpeak and Meadowgrove Health Catch me up on Quartz Holdings before my call. ChatGPT · used Dealboard Quartz Holdings , $195,000, Meeting Scheduled, owner Sarah Thompson. Contact: Jordan Reyes. It has been in Meeting Scheduled for 11 days with no activity since then. Example conversations on Dealboard's sample workspace. ## Why ChatGPT memory isn't a sales pipeline Imagine telling ChatGPT about five deals today. Next week Granite Bay moves to redlines, Salient Health changes its budget, and a teammate closes Northwind Industries. Even if ChatGPT remembers parts of your earlier conversation, it doesn't have the current status of those deals. Three common approaches fall short: • ChatGPT memory: useful for personal context, but not built as a shared database of changing sales records. • Pasting a spreadsheet: a snapshot that never reflects what your teammates change afterward. • One long chat: keeps some context, but it isn't a reliable, shared system for tracking deals. ## The better approach: connect a live deal tracker Dealboard stores your deals outside ChatGPT. When you ask ChatGPT to use Dealboard, it pulls the current records from your workspace, so you can start a brand-new conversation and ask “Where are we with Granite Bay?” without reconstructing anything. When someone on your team updates a deal in Dealboard, ChatGPT sees that change the next time it looks. ChatGPT doesn't need to memorize your pipeline when it can look it up. ## How the options compare Approach Current, shared pipeline? Can ChatGPT update it? ChatGPT memory alone No, only what it was told No Pasted spreadsheet Only the pasted snapshot No Connected Dealboard workspace Yes, looked up live Yes, after you confirm ## How to make ChatGPT track your deals - Step 01 ### Install the app Install Dealboard from ChatGPT's app directory. - Step 02 ### Sign in Sign in to Dealboard or create a free workspace. - Step 03 ### Add your deals Add deals on the board, or ask ChatGPT to add them for you. - Step 04 ### Ask "Show my current sales pipeline." In a new chat later, type @Dealboard to bring it back in. ## When Dealboard isn't the right fit If you only want ChatGPT to remember a few personal preferences or occasional facts, ChatGPT's built-in memory may be enough. Dealboard makes sense when you have an ongoing sales or partnership pipeline that changes regularly and needs to stay organized across people and conversations. ## Frequently asked questions ### Can ChatGPT remember my sales deals? It may remember some things from conversations, but that isn't an accurate, current CRM. Connecting Dealboard gives ChatGPT live deal records instead. ### How do I make ChatGPT remember deals between chats? Install the Dealboard app and connect your workspace. ChatGPT can add deals, move stages, change amounts and record notes after you confirm. ### Can my teammates update the deals ChatGPT sees? Yes. It connects ChatGPT to your Dealboard sales pipeline. You can ask about your deals, see your pipeline and reports as live cards in the chat, and add or update deals and notes by asking. Dealboard itself is a simple deal tracker for founders and small sales teams: better than a spreadsheet, simpler than a CRM. ### Is it free? Yes. The plugin is free, and Dealboard's free plan includes it, along with unlimited teammates and up to 30 active deals. Plus ($29 per user per month) only lifts the limits. ### Do I need a Dealboard account first? No. Click Install plugin in ChatGPT and you can create a free Dealboard account during setup. It takes seconds, needs no credit card, and your board starts with sample deals so your first question has something to answer. ### Which ChatGPT plans can use it? The ChatGPT plugin directory is available across ChatGPT plans. Whether a specific plugin can be installed can vary by plan, workspace, and region, as set by OpenAI. Business and Enterprise workspaces may need an admin to allow it. ### Can ChatGPT change my data? Only when you ask it to. ChatGPT asks you to confirm before it adds or changes anything, unless you have told it to always allow Dealboard. It can create and update deals, move stages, add notes, and triage leads. Nothing can be deleted through ChatGPT. ### What does Dealboard see from my chats? Dealboard receives only the details ChatGPT passes along for each request, such as a company name or the text of a note. You can see every change ChatGPT makes in your Dealboard activity feed. ### How do I disconnect it? Disconnect it in ChatGPT's settings, or revoke access in Dealboard under Settings, then Connected apps. Custom MCP connectors are configured from Claude Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ### Does this work with Claude Desktop and Claude Code too? The page above describes the remote OAuth-authenticated MCP connector for Claude.ai. Claude Desktop and Claude Code can also connect to Dealboard — see the Developers page for the @dealboard/mcp package and stdio setup. ### Does Claude see my chat history when it calls Dealboard? Anthropic's connector model keeps your chat content out of the request to Dealboard. ### Can I scope Claude to read-only? Yes. Grant deals:read, leads:read, and pipeline:read and skip the write scopes. Claude can answer questions and pull reports, but cannot change anything in your workspace. ### How do I revoke access? A free plugin that sends Gravity Forms submissions into Dealboard as leads — on the board you choose, with the fields matched for you. No Zapier in the middle, and no Elite licence. Download the plugin (.zip) Get Started Free Any Gravity Forms licence Your forms stay untouched Free and open source ## Set up in about a minute. 1 ### Install the plugin In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the .zip → Activate. Nothing to configure on your forms. 2 ### Connect it to Dealboard Settings → Dealboard. Paste your Dealboard API key, hit Test connection, and pick the board leads should land on. 3 ### Switch on the forms you want Choose which forms to forward and Dealboard matches the fields for you. Send a test lead to confirm, and you're done. Submissions arrive as leads , not deals — so a form fill never clutters your pipeline until you decide it's real. The entry stays in Gravity Forms as well; nothing is moved or deleted. ## What it deliberately doesn't touch. The plugin only forwards an entry after your form has already accepted it. ### Your forms No fields added, no markup rewritten, no confirmations changed. They keep working exactly as they do now. ### reCAPTCHA and spam filtering Untouched. Anything your spam checks block never reaches Dealboard, because forwarding happens after validation. ### Your existing entries Everything stays in Gravity Forms. Dealboard gets a copy of new submissions, not custody of your data. Gravity Forms only, for now. The plugin is built around a provider layer so WPForms, Contact Form 7 and Elementor Forms can be added to it — but they aren't supported today, and we'd rather say so than have you install it and find out. Using one of those and want it next? Tell us . ## Questions, answered. ### Which WordPress form plugins does this work with? Gravity Forms, on every Gravity Forms licence — you do not need the Elite add-on that most CRM integrations require. The plugin is built around a provider layer so WPForms, Contact Form 7 and Elementor Forms can be added to it, but those are not supported today. ### Will it interfere with my forms, reCAPTCHA or spam filtering? No. The plugin never modifies your forms and never touches validation. It only forwards an entry after a submission has already succeeded and passed your existing spam checks, so anything blocked by reCAPTCHA or your spam filter never reaches Dealboard. ### Where do the submissions end up? In your Dealboard leads inbox on the board you pick, as Leads rather than deals — so a form fill doesn't clutter your pipeline until you decide it's real. Field matching is automatic, and the entry stays in Gravity Forms too; nothing is moved or deleted. ### What do I need to run it? WordPress 5.8 or newer, PHP 7.2 or newer, Gravity Forms, and a Dealboard account with an API key. The plugin is free and licensed GPL-2.0-or-later. ### Is it in the WordPress plugin directory? Not yet — install it from the .zip on this page. That's the normal WordPress upload flow and takes about a minute. ## Stop retyping form entries. Start free. We collect what we need to run the service — your email, the deals and notes you create, and basic usage analytics. You can export or delete your data anytime. If you're in California or the EU/UK, you have specific rights described below. ## 1. Who we are and our role Dealboard is operated by Dealboard (" Dealboard ," " we ," " us "). Our service runs at app.getdealboard.com (the " Service "). Contact us at support@getdealboard.com with any questions about this policy. Our role depends on the data. For your account-level information — your name, email, billing details, sign-in credentials, and analytics about how you use the Service — Dealboard is the data controller (under GDPR and UK GDPR) and the business (under CCPA/CPRA). We decide what's collected, why, and how long it's kept, and we're directly responsible to you for that processing. For the data you upload into the Service — deals, notes, attachments, contact records, lead-form submissions, inbound emails, and any other content you or your teammates create inside Dealboard (collectively, " Customer Content ") — Dealboard acts strictly as a data processor (under GDPR and UK GDPR) and a service provider (under CCPA/CPRA). We process Customer Content on your behalf, under your instructions, and only to provide and secure the Service. You are the data controller / business for Customer Content. You are solely responsible for having the lawful basis (e.g. consent or another lawful ground) to collect personal information from your contacts, leads, and prospects before uploading it. Higher-volume customers who require it can request our standard Data Processing Addendum at support@getdealboard.com . ## 2. What we collect and why We collect the minimum personal information needed to deliver and operate the Service. Categories: - Account information. Your name, email, profile photo (from Google OAuth or uploaded by you), and a hashed credential if you sign in with a password. Used to authenticate you and identify your activity inside the app. - Customer content. The deals, notes, attachments, stages, team members, and other content you or your teammates create inside Dealboard. We process this solely to provide the Service to you. - Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment method, billing address, and tax information. Dealboard receives a card brand, last four digits, and a Stripe customer ID — never your full card number. - Usage analytics. Pages visited inside the app, feature clicks, error events, and approximate session duration. Used to understand which features work and which need fixing. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in the Service. - Device and log data. IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps. Used for security (rate limiting, anomaly detection) and debugging. - Inbound email and lead form submissions. If you enable lead capture, the contents of forms submitted to your boards or emails sent to your inbound address (e.g. leads-abc123@getdealboard.com ). This content is your data, processed on your behalf. - Integration and API authorizations. If you connect an external client to Dealboard via our API or our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at /mcp — for example, authorizing ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant to act on your workspace — we store the OAuth client registration, the scopes you granted (e.g. deals:read , deals:write ), and a rotating refresh token tied to your account and team. Access tokens are short-lived (approximately 10 minutes) and are not retained server-side after issuance. ## 3. How we use information We use personal information to: - Operate, secure, and improve the Service. - Authenticate you and protect your account. - Communicate with you about your account, billing, security, and product changes (transactional). You cannot opt out of transactional email while you have an active account. - Send occasional product news and onboarding tips (lifecycle). You can opt out of these any time from your account settings or any email footer. - Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms. Our marketing site at getdealboard.com uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, which under California law's broad definitions may be characterized as "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising." See Section 12 for what these tools send and Section 9 for opt-out options, including the Global Privacy Control browser signal, which we honor. ## 4. Legal bases (EEA / UK users) If you're in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases under the GDPR are: - Contract — to provide the Service you've signed up for (account, customer content, billing). - Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent fraud, and improve product quality (analytics, log data). You can object at any time. - Consent — for optional marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. - Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information under applicable law. ## 5. Subprocessors We rely on a small, carefully chosen set of vendors to run the Service. Each is bound by a data processing agreement requiring at least the protections in this policy. - Fly.io (USA) — application hosting and Postgres database. - Cloudflare (USA) — DNS, CDN, R2 object storage for attachments, inbound email routing, and Browser Rendering for server-side PNG export of certain reports (report HTML is processed transiently by Cloudflare to produce the image and is not retained by Cloudflare beyond the render request). - Stripe (USA) — payment processing and subscription billing. - Resend (USA) — transactional and lifecycle email delivery. - Google (USA) — OAuth sign-in, optional Workspace integrations you connect. We'll post any material changes to this list before the new subprocessor begins processing your data, except in the case of emergency vendor changes required to maintain availability, security, or data integrity (e.g. a hosting or storage provider outage that forces a failover), where we will provide notice as soon as commercially practicable after the change. Higher-volume customers can request a current subprocessor list at any time at support@getdealboard.com . ## 6. AI assistants and the MCP server Dealboard exposes an OAuth-authenticated Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at /mcp so you can authorize an AI assistant — such as ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP-compatible client — to read and act on your Dealboard workspace on your behalf. Authorization uses Dynamic Client Registration and scoped consent. Today's scopes are deals:read , deals:write , leads:read , leads:write , and pipeline:read ; the scopes you grant determine what the assistant can see and change. Access tokens are short-lived (approximately 10 minutes, EdDSA-signed) and scoped to a single team. Refresh tokens rotate on each use. You can revoke any authorized client at any time from your account settings. What leaves Dealboard when you use an AI assistant. When you invoke a tool through an authorized MCP client, the deals, leads, notes, pipeline data, and other Customer Content responsive to that tool call are transmitted to the AI provider you chose (e.g. OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude). For that data flow, Dealboard acts as a data exporter : we send the data because you instructed us to by invoking the tool. The AI provider then becomes an independent controller of that data, and its own privacy policy and terms govern how it is processed, retained, and whether it may be used to train models. The AI provider is not a Dealboard subprocessor and we do not have a processor relationship with it for this flow. If you need data minimization, grant only the read scopes you actually need, and review the AI provider's policy before authorizing. ## 7. Security We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, logical tenant isolation, access controls, and secure-development practices. The specific controls evolve over time as technology and threats change. No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a personal-data breach that meaningfully affects you, we will notify you within the timeframes required by applicable law. ## 8. Retention We retain your customer content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account: - We mark it for deletion immediately. You can typically sign back in within approximately 30 days to restore it (the exact window may vary). - After the grace period, we remove your user record, deals, notes, attachments, sessions, and related data from our live systems. - Encrypted backups are retained for a limited period for disaster recovery and rolled off on a regular cycle. - We retain a minimal billing record (Stripe customer ID, invoices, tax records) for the period required by law. - We may retain limited data longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms. ## 9. Your California rights (CCPA / CPRA) If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the following rights regarding your personal information: - Know. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with. - Delete. Request that we delete the personal information we've collected from you. - Correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information. - Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Our marketing site (getdealboard.com) uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, which the CPRA's broad "share" definition may capture as cross-context behavioral advertising — see Section 12 for what these tools actually send to Google. You can opt out two ways: (a) enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser and we'll honor it as a binding opt-out signal for that browser, or (b) email us and we'll suppress sharing for your account across browsers. - Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what's necessary to operate and secure the Service (e.g. authentication credentials). - Non-discrimination. We will not deny you the Service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your rights. To exercise any of these rights, email support@getdealboard.com from the email address on your account, or with sufficient information for us to verify your identity. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf — we'll require written authorization from you and independent verification of your identity. We respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (and may take available statutory extensions where reasonably necessary to complete the request). ## 10. Your rights (EEA / UK) If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email support@getdealboard.com to exercise these rights. ## 11. International transfers Dealboard's servers are located in the United States and personal information is processed in the United States. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms under applicable law (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, as applicable), implemented through our subprocessor arrangements. ## 12. Cookies and tracking Inside the Service (app.getdealboard.com) we use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, plus a first-party usage analytics measure (page views, feature events) to understand which features work and which need fixing. These analytics stay on our infrastructure, do not set third-party cookies, and are not used for advertising. On the marketing site (getdealboard.com) we use Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis and Google Ads conversion tracking for paid acquisition. GA4 is configured to drop the visitor's IP address before storage on Google's side. Google Ads is configured with "enhanced conversions" enabled, which means that when a visitor signs up after clicking a Google ad, a one-way SHA-256 hash of their email address may be sent to Google to improve conversion matching. This is the only point at which any user-identifying signal from our marketing site leaves our infrastructure for an advertising platform. Honoring opt-out signals. When your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out under the CPRA. On the marketing site, GA4 is placed into Restricted Data Processing mode and the Google Ads enhanced-conversions personal-data path is suppressed for that session. You can also opt out explicitly by emailing us at support@getdealboard.com . ## 13. Children Dealboard is a business tool not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. ## 14. Changes We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email at least seven days before they take effect, except where immediate updates are required by applicable law, regulatory order, or to address an urgent security or fraud necessity, in which case the change takes effect when posted and we will provide notice as soon as commercially practicable thereafter. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version date at the top of this page is authoritative. ## 15. Contact Questions, requests, or DSAR submissions: support@getdealboard.com . For postal correspondence, contact us first by email and we'll provide the appropriate mailing address. --- ## Free Sales Tracker Template for Excel & Google Sheets | Dealboard URL: https://getdealboard.com/sales-tracker-template/ # Free sales tracker template for Excel and Google Sheets Download it below. It works out your weighted pipeline for you, and it flags any deal you haven't touched in two weeks. No email, no signup. Download the template (.xlsx) No email required Excel, Sheets, Numbers Yours to edit ## What's in it Four working tabs. Nothing to set up. ### Weighted pipeline, automatically Pick a stage and the sheet fills in the win probability and the weighted value. You get a forecast without building one. ### It tells you what's gone quiet Any open deal untouched for 14 days turns amber, 30 days turns red. Overdue next steps turn red too. ### An activity log that ties to deals A second tab for calls, meetings and emails, so history lives somewhere other than your inbox. ### A summary tab you don't maintain Deal count, value and weighted value per stage, plus a short list of what needs attention this week. ## How to use it ### 1. Open it Excel and Numbers open it directly. For Google Sheets: File → Import → Upload. Formulas, dropdowns and colour rules all survive the trip. ### 2. Replace the six sample deals They're there to show you what filled-in looks like. Delete them and put your own in. Pick stages from the dropdown and the maths takes care of itself. ### 3. Update two columns, always Next step and Last activity. Everything useful the sheet does is built on those two. Then read the summary tab on Monday. ## What goes in each column Useful even if you'd rather build your own from scratch. Deal What you're selling them. Company Who's buying. Owner Whose deal it is. Matters the moment there are two of you. Stage Dropdown. Drives probability and the whole summary tab. Value Full contract value, not monthly. Probability Filled in from the stage. Edit the Lists tab to change it. Weighted value Value × probability. Your realistic forecast. Source Where it came from. Tells you what to do more of. Next step The single most important column. A deal with no next step is a dead deal. Next step due Turns red when it's overdue. Expected close Your best guess at a date. Last activity Update this every time something happens. Days quiet Counts itself. Colours itself. Your nudge list. Notes Everything else. ## When the spreadsheet stops working It usually happens twice, and both times for the same reason: a spreadsheet remembers numbers, not what happened. ### The second person Someone sorts a column, someone else overwrites a formula, a third person is working from a copy they downloaded last month. Nobody trusts the number. ### The one-cell memory "Last activity" is a single date. The three calls, the demo and the reason they went quiet are in your inbox, your head, or gone. The same stages as the template, as a board. Notes stay attached to the deal. Keep the spreadsheet if it's working. One person, a handful of deals, and you look at it every day? The template is genuinely enough — that's why we made it good and gave it away. Come back when you're sharing it. ## Sales tracker questions, answered ### Is this sales tracker template really free? Yes. Download the .xlsx directly — no email address, no account, no trial. It's a normal spreadsheet file. Use it, change it, share it with your team. ### Does it work in Google Sheets? Yes. In Google Sheets go to File → Import → Upload and drop the .xlsx in. Formulas, dropdowns and colour rules all carry over. It also opens in Excel, Numbers and LibreOffice. ### What should a sales tracker actually contain? At minimum: the deal, the company, the stage, the value, the next step, and the date of the last activity. The next step and last activity columns are the ones that matter — most deals are lost to silence rather than to a competitor. The rest is optional detail. ### How is a sales tracker different from a CRM? A sales tracker records deals and what happened to them. A CRM adds a contact database, email sequences, automations, permissions and reporting — and needs configuring. Most teams under about ten people need a tracker, not a CRM. That's why this template exists. ### How do I calculate weighted pipeline value? Multiply each deal's value by the win probability of its current stage, then add them up. The template does it for you: the defaults are 10% at New Deal, 25% Meeting Scheduled, 40% In Discussion, 60% Proposal Sent, 85% Contract Sent. Replace those with your own win rates on the Lists tab once you have enough history to know them. ### When should I stop using a spreadsheet for sales? Usually at one of two moments. The first is when a second person needs to edit it — spreadsheets have no real multi-user story, and you end up with conflicting copies. The second is when one "Last activity" cell stops being enough and you want the actual history of a deal. At that point a purpose-built tracker costs you less time than maintaining the sheet. ### Can I change the stages? Yes, and you should. Edit the Lists tab — the dropdowns, the probabilities and the summary tab all follow along. The defaults are the stages Dealboard ships with, which is a reasonable starting point for most B2B pipelines. ## Outgrown the sheet? Try the board. Same stages, drag-and-drop, notes that stay attached. Free for 30 active deals and unlimited teammates. If you're searching for a sales tracking spreadsheet or an activity log template, you don't want a template — you want the tracking to already work. Want one anyway? Take ours free — a real .xlsx with weighted forecasting built in, no email required. ### Templates break. A sales tracker spreadsheet works until someone sorts a column, overwrites a formula, or saves their own copy. Then nobody trusts the numbers. ### Dealboard is already structured. Stages, amounts, owners, close dates, and reports are built in. You're not designing a tracker — you're just tracking sales. ### Updates stay attached. Notes, files, and next steps live on each sale — not scattered across cell comments, tabs, and email threads. Visual drag-and-drop pipeline Zero to configure Real-time for your whole team Works with Gmail Google Calendar Granola Claude ChatGPT Slack ## Everything a sales tracker should do. ### Every sale on one board. Each deal is a card: company, amount, owner, stage, and next step. Drag it forward as the sale moves. Everyone sees the same thing, live. ### Log activity in seconds — no discipline required. Click a sale, type a note, hit Enter. Or dictate it. Timestamped, saved, and attached to the deal — the activity log keeps itself. ### Sales reports without the formula wrestling. Deals won, proposals sent, and progress against goals — charted automatically. Export as an image or CSV and drop it straight into your update. ### Track sales from your phone, right after the meeting. Pull up the deal, dictate a quick note, and save the update while the conversation is still fresh. Works in the browser — nothing to install. 9:41 ## Dealboard vs. a spreadsheet template vs. a CRM. Ask Slack what's in your pipeline and get a real answer. Get told the moment a deal reaches the stages that actually matter — and stay quiet about the ones that don't. Connect Slack Don't have Dealboard yet? Free with your Dealboard account One click to install Everyone sees only their own data ## Just ask. Dealboard connects to Slack's assistant, so your team can ask about the pipeline in plain English and get an answer from your real data — no dashboard, no filters, no leaving the conversation. - “ How many deals do I have in Proposal Sent? ” - “ What's my biggest open deal? ” - “ Which leads came in this week? ” - “ What did we lose last month, and why? ” Each person signs in as themselves, so they see exactly what they'd see in Dealboard — and Slack asks permission before it runs anything. In Slack How many deals in total do I have? Used List Deals from Dealboard You have 16 deals in total: - • 13 open (active pipeline) - • 1 won - • 1 lost - • 1 new ## Alerts for the moments that matter. Silence for the rest. Most tools post every time anything moves, and a channel learns to ignore them. Dealboard lets you pick the exact stages worth an interruption. - ### A deal is won The celebration moment — the one everybody wants in #sales-wins. - ### A deal reaches a stage you care about Choose the exact stages. “Proposal Sent” and “Contract Sent” post; early-stage shuffling stays quiet. - ### A new deal is added Someone puts a deal on the board. - ### A new lead arrives From your website form or the API, with the source and campaign attached. Every alert carries the deal name, owner and amount, with a button straight to the deal. Lost deals include the reason. Point different alerts at different channels — wins to #sales-wins , new leads to #leads , contracts to your legal channel. ## Setup takes about a minute. - 1 ### Open Integrations in Dealboard Settings → Integrations. You'll need to be a workspace owner, since an alert sends deal data out of Dealboard. - 2 ### Click Slack Slack asks which channel should receive the alerts, and you approve. No webhook URLs to copy, nothing to paste. - 3 ### Choose what's worth an alert Pick the events — and for stage changes, the exact stages. Add more alerts pointing at other channels whenever you like. ## What Slack can and can't see. - ### Everyone sees only their own pipeline Questions in Slack are answered as you. You sign in to Dealboard yourself, and you see exactly what you'd see in the app — no more. - ### Every action asks permission Slack asks before running anything against your Dealboard data, and you can keep it read-only. - ### Alerts are per board and per channel An alert carries data from one board to one channel. Point wins at #sales-wins and leads at #leads, and nothing crosses over. Answers in Slack are generated by Slack's assistant using your Dealboard data, so they can occasionally be incomplete or wrong — check anything you're about to act on. Dealboard never uses your data to train language models. Read our privacy policy or read the FAQ . ## Put your pipeline where your team already is. Connect Slack Already have Dealboard? We may change pricing on prospective renewals with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are legally required to collect them, in which case they will appear on your invoice. ## 7. Free tier and beta features Free-tier accounts and any feature designated as "beta," "preview," or "experimental" are provided as-is with no warranty and no service-level commitment. We may modify or discontinue any free feature at any time. ## 8. We will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure when feasible. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in settings. Sections that by their nature should survive (data ownership, payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination. On termination we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a window of approximately 30 days during which you may export Customer Content via the in-product export tools available at the time. Following that window we will delete Customer Content as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not obligated to provide this window where the account was terminated due to (i) your breach of Section 5 (Acceptable Use), (ii) legal compulsion, or (iii) continued access posing a material security risk to the Service or other customers, and we may suspend or shorten the window in our reasonable discretion in such cases. ## 9. Privacy and security Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Each party will comply with applicable privacy laws in connection with the Service. ## 10. Customer obligations You're responsible for the Customer Content you upload and the lawful basis on which you collect personal information from your contacts and lead-form submitters. If you use Dealboard to process personal information about EEA, UK, or California residents on a scale that triggers DPA requirements, contact us and we'll execute our standard data processing addendum. ## 11. Third-party services and AI assistants The Service may include integrations with third-party products (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Zapier). Those integrations are governed by the third party's terms; we're not responsible for their availability or behavior. You authorize us to exchange data with a third-party integration only after you connect it. AI assistants and the MCP server. The Service exposes an OAuth-authenticated Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint that lets you authorize an external AI assistant — such as ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP-compatible client — to read and act on your workspace through scoped tools. Authorizing a client instructs Dealboard to transmit responsive Customer Content to the AI provider you chose; that provider then handles the data under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its behavior, retention, model-training practices, or output. You are responsible for the scopes you grant, the prompts you issue, and any changes the assistant makes to your workspace under your authorization. You can revoke an authorized client at any time from your account settings. We may rate-limit, throttle, or revoke MCP access where necessary to protect the Service. ## 12. Warranties and disclaimers We warrant that the Service will perform materially in accordance with its Documentation under normal use. " Documentation " means the then-current product documentation we officially publish and identify as such (and does not include marketing copy, blog posts, social-media statements, third-party descriptions, beta or experimental feature notes, or any other unofficial material). EXCEPT FOR THAT WARRANTY, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. If we breach the warranty in this Section, your sole and exclusive remedy is for us to (i) use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the non-conformance, or (ii) if we cannot do so within a reasonable period, issue a prorated credit or refund for the affected portion of the Service. This is your only remedy for a breach of the warranty in this Section, and constitutes the exclusive remedy notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose. ## 13. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EACH PARTY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO DEALBOARD FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. The limitations in this Section do not apply to: (i) your breach of Section 5 (Acceptable Use); (ii) your infringement or misappropriation of Dealboard's intellectual property rights; (iii) your obligations under Section 14 (Indemnification); (iv) either party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud; or (v) amounts owed for the Service. ## 14. Indemnification You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dealboard and its officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim arising out of your Customer Content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service. Subject to the limits below, we will defend, indemnify, and hold you harmless from any third-party claim alleging that the Service, as provided by us and used within these Terms, infringes a U.S. patent, copyright, or trademark. Our defense does not apply to any claim to the extent it arises from (i) Customer Content; (ii) modifications to the Service not made by us; (iii) combinations of the Service with software, services, data, or hardware not provided by us; (iv) your continued use of an allegedly infringing version of the Service after we have made a non-infringing alternative available; or (v) use of the Service outside the scope permitted by these Terms. If the Service becomes, or in our judgment is likely to become, the subject of an infringement claim, we may, at our sole option and expense, (a) modify or replace the affected portion of the Service so it is non-infringing, (b) procure the right for you to continue using it, or (c) terminate the affected portion of the Service and provide a prorated refund of fees paid for the unused portion of your current term. The remedies in this Section are our entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, for any claim of intellectual-property infringement. ## 15. Modifications to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email at least seven days before they take effect. If you do not agree to a change, your sole remedy is to cancel and stop using the Service before the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. ## 16. Governing law and venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration below, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ventura County, California. ## 17. Arbitration and class-action waiver Any dispute between you and Dealboard arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, in Ventura County, California. EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. The arbitrator may award injunctive relief only on an individual basis. This section does not apply to (i) intellectual-property claims, or (ii) small-claims-court actions within that court's jurisdictional limits. Batching of mass arbitration demands. If twenty-five (25) or more demands for arbitration of a substantially similar nature are filed against Dealboard by or with the coordination of the same counsel or coordinated counsel within a 60-day period, the parties agree that the demands will be administered in sequential batches of no more than twenty (20) cases at a time. JAMS (or, if JAMS will not so administer, a substitute neutral agreed by the parties) will select a single arbitrator for each batch. No subsequent batch will commence until the prior batch has been resolved by award, settlement, or withdrawal. Time-bar and statute-of-limitations defenses are tolled for claimants in later batches during the wait. This batching procedure is designed to manage administrative costs and preserve the fairness of arbitration; the parties agree it does not impair any substantive rights under applicable law, including California Code of Civil Procedure §§1281.97-1281.98. ## 18. Force majeure Except for payment obligations, neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action or order, labor disturbance, utility or telecommunications outages, internet routing or backbone failures, denial-of-service or other malicious attacks, and the failure or unavailability of third-party cloud infrastructure, hosting providers, or services on which we reasonably rely. The affected party will use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect of the event and resume performance. ## 19. Feedback Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, recommendations, or other information you provide about the Service (" Feedback ") is non-confidential. You grant Dealboard a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, and incorporate Feedback into the Service or any other product or service, for any purpose, without obligation or attribution to you. ## 20. Miscellaneous These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form or plan documentation you accept, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dealboard regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our consent. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. ## 21. Yes — free with no expiration date for one dealboard and up to 30 active deals, including Gmail and Calendar sync, lead capture, reports, and the API. Plus is $29/user for unlimited everything. Can I import my existing spreadsheet? Self-serve import isn't available yet — export your sheet to CSV and email support@getdealboard.com and we'll help you move it in. Do you have a free sales tracker template? Yes — a real .xlsx with stage dropdowns, weighted pipeline forecasting, and stale-deal warnings, free with no email required: get the sales tracker template . If a spreadsheet is genuinely the right tool for you, we'd rather you had a good one. Why not just use Google Sheets? Spreadsheets are great until nobody updates them — which is when a pipeline dies. Dealboard keeps itself current by pulling emails, meetings, and call notes onto the right deal automatically, and gives you shared stages and reports a sheet can't. Will it feel as flexible as a spreadsheet? Dealboard is deliberately opinionated: sensible stages and fields out of the box, so everyone tracks deals the same way and the numbers stay comparable. You can rename and restructure stages, but you won't be rebuilding formulas. ## Try the simpler option. Free. One dealboard and up to 30 active deals, free with no expiration date.
